Study on Comparing Enzyme Preparation Process of Microporous Starch Granules

Abstract:The different preparation processes of microporous starch granules by glucose amylase,α-amylase and pullulans were compared.The results show that glucose amylase is of the strongest hydrolysis ability,α-amylase and pullulans are of weaker.When glucose amylase is applied with α-amylase together,the hydrolysis efficiency could be increased.In the preparation process,there is no linear relationship among hydrolysis efficiency,adsorption amount and oil adsorption ability.The optimized hydrolysis efficiency is about 50% in this process.
