Research and Application of Green Campus Evaluation System Suitable for Chinese National Situation

Abstract:The primary and secondary school buildings are widely distributed in China,and it is necessary to research the green building evaluation system for primary and secondary school campus buildings,so as to effectively guide and regulate environmental,energy-saving and comfortable green campus construction.In this paper,to prove the actual application effect of newly researched green campus evaluation system,the current Evaluation Standard for Green Building(GB /T 50378-2006) and newly researched green campus evaluation system were used to evaluate the secondary school campus reconstructed after the disaster,and the two evaluation systems were compared from the aspects of control item setting,index system grading,article adaptability,evaluation results,etc.The analysis indicated that the new green campus evaluation system was more targeted than the current Evaluation Standard for Green Building(GB / T 50378-2006) to Chinese primary and secondary school campus green building evaluation,the article setting was clearer and more complete,the content was better tallied with Chinese national situation,and with better adaptability and operability.On this basis,the further research recommendations on establishing Chinese green campus evaluation system were proposed.
