The Effect of Slope on the Combustion Behavior of Diesel Oil Flowing Fire

Abstract:The effect of slope on the flame height,mass loss rate,flame temperature and thermal radiation of diesel oil flowing fire were studied using self-designed experimental platform, and the influence of slope on the initial combustion of diesel oil flowing fire was analyzed.The results indicate that the flame height,mass loss rate,flame temperature and thermal radiation are less than the same scale diesel oil pool fire with increasing slope.And with the increase of slope in experimental scope,the oil flow rate increases,the fire characteristic parameters decrease,and the distance between the initial fire position and the drain port increases.
