Abstract:Airborne bacterial community characteristics in winter haze days in Qingdao were studied using Illumina high-throughput sequencing. 807104 sequences obtained could be divided into 874 OTUs on 97% similarity level, and 344 OTUs were assigned to the genus level. The results showed that the bacterial community structure and diversity in bioaerosols varied significantly when the haze occurred. From non-haze day to severe haze day, both community richness and diversity of airborne bacteria decreased, and the difference of airborne bacterial community richness among particle sizes decreased gradually, while the difference of airborne bacterial community diversity among particle sizes increased gradually. The dominant bacteria in non-haze day werePseudomonas,Veillonella andSphingomonas, while the dominant bacteria changed intoSphingomonas in haze days. During this haze event,Sphingomonas, whose concentration increased, as well as new-detectedDermacoccus,Fusobacterium,Sneathia andFlavobacterium were pathogens, may have health risks.
