Abstract:Most of major accidents in coal mine are caused by human factors originated from a lack of safety training for staff.In order to improve the safety management and reduce major coal mine accidents , a series of safety train-ing systems consisting of training system , evaluation mode, teaching method , teaching quality , etc.are established to promote safety awareness and production safety techniques , and then eliminate the possibility of major accidents in coal mine based on safety culture .
