Abstract:Since"Twelfth five-year", the management system of total emission reduction and pollution sources monitoring has been improved consistently, a series of new files and measures were introduced, public the monitoring information was strengthened, the assessment for total emissions reduction monitoring system construction and management were made strict. Under the new situation, some new requirements for the supervision-monitoring of pollution sources are put forward, in view of the current problems existing in the work of supervision-monitoring, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from standard verification, monitoring standardization, information publication, software upgrade, etc.
