An Investigation of Remanufacturing Industry of USA, Britain and Japan:Policy Experience and Lessons

Abstract:Since the introduction of supportive policy named"on promoting the development of the remanufacturing industry " in 2010, Chinese remanufacturing industry ushered in the "spring."By the end of 2012, Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put ecological civilization construction in a prominent position, integrated into economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, and all aspects of the whole process. Promoting the remanufacturing industry is access to achieving"green development, circular economy, low-carbon development". Although our remanufacturing industry development momentum in recent years is good, compared to Japan and other countries in Europe and America, our remanufacturing industry is still in its infancy. In this paper, the United States, Britain, Japan and other countries remanufacturing industry policies and experiences will be studied, in order to provide lessons for our remanufacturing industry.
