Abstract:With the rapid development of towns and townships, there is taking on new characteristics in environmental deterioration during the course of industrialization and urbanizaition in China and the pollution transfer is one of important characteristics. The article has a brief discussion on Chinese urbanization level, strategy selection of town construction and the impetus of town development. It analyses the relationship between town construction and pollution transfer,and the way,cause and aftereffect of pollution transfer in the process of urbanization. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions to this problem.
