Abstract:The measures for optimizing the land utilization and structure were put forward according to the analysis of the relation between the land utilization and environmental construction in Shangqiu city.The eco-environment bearing capacity of land resources was analyzed by using the ecological environment vulnerability assessment.The result showed that land environment of Shangqiu city was in a weak balanceable phases,the ability of maintaining system homeostasis was weak and anti-jamming ability was also weak.

Abstract:The problems caused by the urban hard surface cover, from the accumulation of water to the hot island, present the negative effects it exerts on the urban environment and ecosystem. Putting emphasis on the essential matters, the study initiates a number of approaches and solutions, notably maintaining natural state of land, encouraging new methods of construction and abandoning the stereotypes. Further, the study puts forward its conclusion that urban environment should be constructed complying with the law of nature, efficiently utilizing energy sources and natural resources, taking use of the law of substance circle and the nature itself, all of which are discussed in reference to the exigency for solving these kinds of problems.

Abstract:Urban planning refers to the division of areas functions of the city by the urban management department according to the demands of urban economic development strategies; it is the re-integration and re-distribution of urban resources. Urban planning arises from the needs of urban economic development, but restricts urban economic development to a large extent as well. Therefore, urban planning must take into account not only the city's long-term interests but also the balance among population, resources and environment. However, the current situation of urban planning is worrisome, for phenomena like massive construction projects, land waste and resources over-exploitation, have occurred in big cities. Urban planning, therefore, must be integrated into environmental protection and sustainable development, seeking new ways of building a harmonious environment.

Abstract:Based on the monitoring of the results of atmospheric pollutants from 2000 to 2004 and the climatic data from similar years in Guangzhou city, the distribution regularity of the air pollution in this city is researched. The results are described as follows: 1) There was clear-cut seasonal changes of the atmospheric pollution in Guangzhou, the highest concentration of contaminants was monitored in winter and the lowest one in summer. 2) During the past 5 years , the pollutant load rates of NO2, SO2 and PM10 were on the rise while that of the CO was on the decline each year ,which showed that optical chemical pollution had been strengthening year after year since 2000 in Guangzhou. 3)The pollutant load rate of each atmospheric contamination changed , which showed that both Industrial pollution and Traffic pollution were equally heavy and that the atmospheric pollution was gradually aggravated from east and north to west and south in Guangzhou. 4) Acid rain was very serious especially in summer and autumn. 5) The distribution characteristics of atmospheric pollutants in Guangzhou both in time and in space are closely related to the weather factors (wind speed and wind direction, air temperature and so on) and the source of pollutants. In order to reach the goal of protecting urban environment from being atmospherically polluted , the author thinks rational urban planning measures should be adopted so as to improve urban atmospheric environment, and specific countermeasures are put forward.

Abstract:This paper introduced several kinds of city tunnel exhaust fashions and corresponding characteristics,and pointed out the contradictions between traditional tall exhaust tower site with city planning and construction demolition.Because of the drawback of traditional environmental assessment methods,a new environmental assessment method based on city geographic information system and computational fluid dynamics was brought up.To solve the environment problem of tunnel exhaust fundamentally,it is a tendency that waste gas should be purified before exhausted.

Abstract:The development and advance of city is the sign of human civilization, and the crystal of the mutual development of economy, politics, culture, and ecological environment for one age. In the ecological protection, Shenyang city has not protected and destroyed original public services from the view of cultural ecology. The cause is that Shenyang city lacks in the consciousness to maintain the ecology, which seriously influences the development of Shenyang city and threatens human healthy, and has been an important factor to restrain the sustainable development of the city (Li, 2008). Aiming at this problem, many countermeasures such as establishing the volunteer organization of ecological preservation and keeping feasible density are proposed in this article. With the development of the human society, the environment protection and ecology have been widely applied in various domains of the city. The development of the ecological concept has made the ecological city be one of the hottest topics nowadays. To maintain the city ecological system and build the city ecological figure is not closely related with the adjustment of Shenyang industrial structure, but directly influence the improvement of about seven millions denizens’ habitation condition in Shenyang. Therefore, the research and thinking about the ecological construction and preservation should be widely concerned by the whole society (Li, 2001).

Abstract:The ecological pollution situations including water, atmosphere and acid rain in Nanjing from 1997 to 1999 are studied by systematic investigation. The main environmental problems occurred during the urbanizing of this city are also explored. The dominant factors causing the pollution are analyzed by means of the method and theory of landscape heterogeneity. The sustainable strategies are put forward in detail to solve the pollution problems in Nanjing．
