Abstract:In order to make full use of existing application system resources , This paper presents a design of the power energy management system based on XML technology , The system main system is divided into application layer, data layer and business logic layer three layer structure , The use of XML technology in solving the problem of the syntax of the heterogeneous data source , the interoperability problem of the system is also solved . And considering the different personnel of data real-time requirements, the application layer USES the C/S and B/S mixed structure, realize the complementary advantages. The practical application and the effect of the show that the energy saving management system can make the enterprise energy management level of the distribution network is greatly improved, energy saving effect is obvious, has reached the design requirements.
