Abstract:The contents of triterpene,polysaccharide and heavy metal in Ganoderma lucidum fruitbodies from different areas were determined and analyzed.The effects of 6 samples on improving mouse sleep was compared, through the experiments of sleep-induced directly,prolonging sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium,affecting mouse sleeping rate under the threshold hypnogenesis dosage of pentobarbital sodium and affecting sleeping delitescene induced by pentobarbital sodium.The results showed that sample Ⅴ had the function of sleep-improvement.
