Results:Although the incidence of risk factors such as eating spicy, sweet and oily food and bad living habits in the case group were higher than in the control group, it was not statistically significant between two groups by univariate analysis and Binary logistic regression analysis. Conclusion:The major pathogenic factors of acne are hyperkeratinization, obstruction of sebaceous follicles resulting from abnormal keratinization of the infundibular epithelium, stimulation of sebaceous gland secretion by androgens, and microbial colonization of pilosebaceous units by Propionibacterium acnes, Relatively the impact of eating spicy, sweet and oily food and bad living habits on acne is limited
