Abstract:From the scene of the construction project construction present situation and the re-quirement of construction enterprise, the BIM modeling technology based on REVIT2013 plat-form and the project management on the NAVISWORKS platform based on BIM model construc-tion are analysized and applied. We put forward a modeling method of more optimized NAVIS-WORKS platform. The BIM application technology of the construction stage is studied. Moreo-ver, the reasonable solution is presented in view of the correspongding problems existed in the modeling and application. The research improves the contractor 's project management and the calculation efficency and accuracy of the engineering quantity.
