Research on the Mechanism of Supply Chain Inter-firm Relationship Quality for Quality Performance---A Model based on Mediated Moderation Effect

Abstract:Aiming at the product quality problem of some virtual enterprise in China at present, explained from the perspective of supply chain management. Based on the literature at home and abroad, this study built the relation framework of supply chain inter-firm relationship quality, quality knowledge transfer and quality performance, Quality knowledge distance as a moderator variable, built a Mediated-moderation model. This models assumed that supply chain inter-firm relationship quality has a significant positive impact on the quality performance through the intermediary role of quality knowledge transfer , quality knowledge distance has negative effect on the relationship between relationship quality and knowledge transfer. The interaction between relationship quality and quality knowledge distance has a significant positive impact on the quality performance through the intermediary role of quality knowledge transfer , thus explaned the complex relationship between supply chain inter-firm relationship quality and quality performance.
