Abstract:The progress in functional neuroimaging has contributed to better understanding of neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson's disease [ 1 Dekker M.C. Eshuis S.A. The application of glucose metabolism network analysis has led to the validation of a distinct spatial covariance patterns associated with the motor manifestations of the disease. Parkinson's disease-related pattern (PDRP) can potentially be used as a clinical biomarker in the early diagnosis and assessment of the treatment effect in Parkinson's disease. However, most of the previous studies are about sporadic Parkinson's disease, and few studies are conducted about hereditary Parkinson's disease.
