Abstract:The sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis is greatly limited due to the small injection volume and the short optical path length. In order to improve the detection sensitivity of capillary electrophoresis, various sample preconcentration methods have been developed. The recent development of these methods and their applications are concisely reviewed with 88 references.
