Abstract:A system combined the function of Industrial Computer, PLC, virtual instruments, sensors and data acquisition was designed and developed for testing and controlling of hydraulic steering control unit, which can achieve automated data acquisition, data processing, test results judgment, false alarms and etc. with the development of computer and science. The software of test system was designed through LabVIEW, and by using module design method, error detection, modify and maintenance of the software turn to be simple and the software become more robust. The system also adopted shielding and filtering with combination of hardware and software to improve test accuracy which reduces test error caused by operators and improve test efficiency.

Abstract:In this paper, a multi-node data acquisition and analysis system for the development of AT ECU (electronic control unit)is designed. The system acquires data from each node on the bus and sends the data to PC through CAN card, while designing data display, storage and analysis system on PC through LabVIEW8.6 platform in order to monitor control signals and state parameters of the automatic transmission in real-time. This system can improve the efficiency of data processing and shorten the development cycle for ECU by analyzing the data acquired. © 2011 IEEE.

Abstract:At present the warehouse and workshop of each big enterprise use artificial inspection,and there are a lot of loopholes.Using manual inspection in dangerous situation would cause many hidden security problems.This article uses single chip microcomputer as the control core,and designs an automatic inspection vehicle driving in anticipate orbit,which can replace manual inspection.The test result shows that the inspection vehicle car can go along with the anticipated orbit to achieve automatic tracing and avoid obstacle.The goal of design can be reached without limiting operation conditions.

Abstract:The item discussed was how to achieve the acquisition and transmission of the weight,position and velocity of the vehicle.Bridge type weighing sensors were utitized to get the weight of the vehicle,and GPS module LEA-5A made in U-Blox was used to acquire the vehicle's velocity.Additional GRPS module SIM300 was used to transmit data.Every module completed a series of work via ARM7 chip LPC2368.Experimental results and tests in fabricating yard manifested this design had a high stability and reliability.

Abstract:With the background of the higher vocational college students' innovative of 2010 national test plan, This paper introduces an intelligent controlling system of smart car. Which takes the STC89C52 single-chip Microcomputer as the core of control and black and white line sensors as sensing component. At the same time, the light signal is transmited by using sensors and voltage comparator lm393 to detect the black line on the road; meanwhile this detection signal is transmited to microcontroller signal port, with analysising by Microprocessor control . The smart car can travel by black line. Abstract:This research is based on the background of the existing AVG logistics transportation trolley system, and in the case of small and medium storage sites and short goods transfer routes, a convenient, multi-purpose, and widely integrated intelligent transport vehicle system is studied. According to the production process of ceramic pipe fittings, this design is based on the realization of the self-balancing smart car of STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer. The car uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer to complete sensor signal processing, algorithm realization and control of body balance. At the same time, the MPU-6050 sensor is used to collect the angular velocity data and linear velocity data of the trolley, and balance can be achieved under the cooperation of various modules. Combining this balance car with the ceramic pipe fitting rack, the CCD line patrol module can make the trolley keep track walking, and can accurately and quickly transport the produced ceramic pipe fittings to the storage area for storage or the next process. This intelligent transport vehicle realizes a seamless connection from pipe fittings off the assembly line to warehousing storage and replacement production lines. This design reduces labor costs and improves work efficiency. This design makes production more intelligent.

Abstract:To get rid of the limitation of using physical sensors and actuators to test the product of AMT control unit,an automatic test system is designed and developed based on the control principle of AMT control unit and adopting embedded system development methods.This test system is mainly based on electronic circuit theory,using a variety of electronic components to simulate the signals of various sensors and the response of AMT actuators.The programs in the test system are designed to accomplish automatic detections.A test monitoring software is developed in the environment of LabWindows/CVI to display the results.Experiments show that the test of AMT control unit can be done quickly and automatically with this test system,and the potential problem zones of AMT control unit can be quickly located.

The article introduces an intelligent car control system based on ATMEGA32 single-chip microcomputer. The system uses single-chip microcomputer as the core, uses photoelectric sensors for tracking, and ultrasonic sensors for obstacle avoidance detection, so as to control the different operating modes of the motor and realize the different movement modes of the car. The article completed the hardware design and software programming of the system, so that the trolley can complete the functions of automatic tracking and automatic obstacle avoidance, so that it can walk on a predetermined trajectory in a general environment, and avoid obstacles during construction operations. Abstract:With the rapid development of intelligent vehicles technology, it is extremely urgent to solve environmental pollution and energy crisis. The electric intelligent vehicles technology can accelerate the world to move towards low carbonization and intelligence. In this article, one automatic steering system and its controller are designed with this electric vehicle as the verification platform. First, based on the digital mock-up (DMU) module of the CATIA digital prototype, the motion simulation of the automatic steering system is carried out. Then, the transient dynamics and fatigue analysis module from ANSYS Workbench 16.0 software is used to simulate and analyze the transmission mechanism. After verifying the reasonable strength of the real vehicle parts, the original platform steering system is reformed. Our intelligent vehicle uses a monocular charge-coupled device (CCD) to detect road marking lines and then employs a linear two degrees of freedom (2-DOF) vehicle model to establish a preview deviation model based on the visual navigation lane lines. A vehicle lateral control method combining fuzzy logic rules, adaptive proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control strategy, and preview deviation is designed. A lateral controller is built using Simulink software for lane tracking simulation, and a good tracking effect is obtained. Finally, the results of low-speed real vehicle tests show that the vehicle can stably track the target lane line at low-speed conditions.

Abstract:By discussing control principle of the TCU(Traction Control Unit) and the dynamic characters of the traction system of the metro vehicle,a real-time testing platform for the TCU was proposed based on the xPC Target toolbox of Matlab.The platform is composed of a group of computers with a structure of host-assistant mode.Normal status of the vehicle can reappear in the laboratory environment.Hardware,software and I/O pattern of the testing system were discussed.By comparing data on-line with testing results,the method is proved to be effective.
