Abstract:This study examines the different effects of dual-task and single-task exercises on cortisol levels and cognitive performance. Seventeen male college students participated, performing each exercise on separate days. Salivary samples were taken before and after exercise to assess cortisol levels. Cognitive functions were measured using the 2-Back Test, Bells Test, and Mental Rotation Test. Results showed that both exercises significantly improved reaction times across cognitive tests. However, dual-task exercise caused a more notable increase in cortisol levels ( =0.002) than the single-task. A negative correlation between post-exercise cortisol levels and reaction times suggests that higher cortisol levels might enhance cognitive processing speed. Cognitive performance ac-curacy remained unchanged across both exercises. These findings indicate that while both exercise types enhance cognitive speed, dual-task exercise triggers a greater cortisol response, potentially offering more benefits for cognitive processing speed without affecting accuracy. This research highlights the complex interaction between acute exercise, stress hormones, and cognitive function, providing insights into how different exercise types influence cognitive performance through hormonal pathways.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to discuss the impact of acute exercise in different relative humidity and hot environment on the degree of stress of human.Twenty male subjects were randomly divided into exposure group and exercise group.The exercise group conducted hard intensity treadmill exercise in the temperature of 33℃ and the relative humidity of 20%,40%,60%,80% separately,while the exposure group stand only.Before and after the exercise,the serum PRL、GH and cortisol concentration were determined by ELISA.After exercise,the serum PRL concentration the RH 60% group was higher than RH 20% group the serum cortisol RH 80% group was higher than RH 20% group.After exercise,the serum GH,PRL,cortisol all increased while the exposure group had no significantly change but for the RH 80% group after exposure was lower than before exposure.The serum PRL is a good index of body temperature,between the serum PRL and oral temperature have positive correlation,and it can reflect the degree of heat stress.Exercise in the hot environment,the changes of the neuroendocrine had an increased trend as the relative humidity increasing.Although exercise in the same temperature,the stress is different when the relative humidity is different.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To compare the effects of different acute exercise on Melatonin of undergraduate. METHODS Subjects (n=160)were randomized into endurance training(E, n=40), strength training (S, n=40), combined strength and endurance training(SE, n=40), or control group(C, n=40)for 45min, and take 4ml venous blood at before and after training. RESULTS 1、 The Melatonin of female significantly increased in E (10.30±3.20 17.41±4.33; P < 0.05). Melatonin significantly increased in S (10.30±18.49; 16.96±5.00; P < 0.05). Melatonin significantly increased in SE (7.09±2.44; 15.53±6.96; P < 0.01). But it increased no significantly in C also (9.98±1.61; 14.56±2.5; P > 0.05). 2、 The Melatonin of male significantly increased in E (7.82±2.39; 23.22±2.69; P < 0.01). Melatonin significantly increased in S (9.30±6.17; 16.36±5.58; P < 0.05), Melatonin significantly increased in SE (8.19±4.69; 17.92±2.01; P < 0.01), but it increased no significantly in C (10.81±3.87; 13.87±6.34; P > 0.05). 3、 There were no significant difference on the change of the four groups (female: P > 0.05; male: P > 0.05). CONCLUSION Endurance training and Strength training and their combination all led to increase in Melatonin. The different acute exercises have no significant difference influence on Melatonin. Abstract:Objective： The purpose of this study was to discuss the effect of acute exercise in hot and different relative humidity environment on electrolyte and serum angiotensionⅡ（AngⅡ） and aldosterone.Methods： Twenty male subjects were randomly divided into control group and exercise group.After the experiment,the VO2max of the exercise,electrolyte,serum ang II and aldosterone concentration.Results：After exercise,exercise group VO2max at 80%RH was lower than other RH.AngⅡ and aldosterone have obvious changes in different relative humidity（P0.01）;Exercise promote serum AngⅡ and aldosterone significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion： 1）Hot and humid environment inhibit exercise ability.2）Exercises promote serum AngⅡ and aldosterone concentration.3）Different humid in hot environment has significant effect in the serum AngⅡ concentration.

Abstract:ObjectiveThe aim of this experimental study was to determine the extent to which the intensity of a single 30-minute bout of exercise alters the salivary cortisol (sCort) response to a subsequently induced acute psychosocial stressor. The study further aimed to elucidate a physiological mechanism through which exercise intensity exerts stress-mitigating effects.Methods: Eighty-three healthy men (Mage = 21.04 SD = 2.89) were randomly assigned to exercise on a treadmill at either 30%, 50% or 70% of their heart rate reserve for 30 minutes and then underwent the Trier Social Stress Test 45 minutes later. sCort was measured repeatedly throughout and following the exercise bout and stressor task.Results: ANCOVA and Multilevel Growth Curve Analysis determined that vigorous (70%) exercise elicited dampened sCort responses to the stressor task, marked by lower total sCort levels, diminished sCort reactivity, and faster recovery to baseline values, as compared to less intense exercise. Moreover, exercise elicited a sCort response in proportion to the intensity at which it was performed, and this exercise-associated HPA-axis response was inversely proportional to the sCort response to the subsequent stressor task.Conclusions: This study revealed that exercise-intensity dampens the HPA-axis stress response in a dose-dependent manner with evidence that the cortisol released from exercising intensely suppresses the subsequent cortisol response to a psychosocial stressor.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of intensive exercise on serum testosterone and cortisone in military parade troops from the Armed Police Forces.Method Thirty-four subjects in the military parade troops were recruited for this study as high-intensity exercise group while 26 subjects in other troops who received routine exercise served as control group.The participants underwent a thorough physical examination.Blood concentrations of testosterone and cortisone were determined by chemiluminescent immunoassay.Results The level of plasma testosterone in high-intensive exercise group was lower than in control group,(17.3±6.1) nmol/L vs(22±8.9) nmol/L,P0.05,so was the level of plasma cortisone(407±127.4) nmol/L vs(530.8±206.7) nmol/L,P0.01.The ratio of testosterone/cortisone(T/C) in both groups was not different(0.048 vs 0.05,P=0.44).Conclusions Extensive exercise decreases both blood testosterone and blood cortisone while the ratio of T/C is not different between high-intensive exercise group and control group.
Time-Dependent Effects of Acute Exercise on University Students' Cognitive Performance in Temperate and Cold Environments

Abstract:Background: Few studies have examined the acute exercise-induced changes in cognitive performance in different thermal environments and the time course effects. Objective: Investigate the time-dependent effects of acute exercise on university students' processing speed, working memory and cognitive flexibility in temperate and cold environments. Method: Twenty male university students (age 23.5 ± 2.0 years) with moderate physical activity level participated in a repeated-measures within-subjects design. Processing speed, working memory and cognitive flexibility were assessed using CogState test battery at baseline (BASE), followed by a 45-min rest (REST), immediately after (EX) and 30 min after (POST-EX) 30-min moderate-intensity treadmill running in both temperate (TEMP; 25°C) and cold (COLD; 10°C) environments. Mean skin temperature (MST) and thermal sensation (TS) were also recorded. Two-way repeated measures ANOVA was performed to analyze each variable. Spearman's rho was used to identify the correlations between MST, TS and cognitive performance. Results: Reaction time (RT) of processing speed and working memory decreased immediately after exercise in both conditions (processing speed: p = 0.003; working memory: p = 0.007). The facilitating effects on processing speed disappeared within 30 min after exercise in TEMP (p = 0.163) and COLD (p = 0.667), while improvements on working memory remained 30 min after exercise in TEMP (p = 0.047), but not in COLD (p = 0.663). Though RT of cognitive flexibility reduced in both conditions (p = 0.003), no significance was found between EX and REST (p = 0.135). Increased MST and TS were significantly associated with reductions in processing speed RT (MST: r = -0.341, p < 0.001; TS: r = -0.262, p = 0.001) and working memory RT (MST: r = -0.282, p < 0.001; TS: r = -0.2229, p = 0.005), and improvements in working memory accuracy (MST: r = 0.249, p = 0.002; TS: r = 0.255, p = 0.001). Conclusion: The results demonstrate different time-dependent effects of acute exercise on cognition in TEMP and COLD. Our study reveals facilitating effects of exercise on university students' processing speed and working memory in both environments. However, in contrast to TEMP, effects on working memory in COLD are transient.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of hormones in serum under exhausted exercise.Methods Radioactive immunoassay was adopted to determine hormone levels of offers and soldiers before and after military maneuver.Results serum hydrocortisone and testosterone were(216.35±53.54) ng/mL,(462.29±189.64) ng/dL respectively before maneuver,and(166.95±68.40) ng/mL,(419.34±157.11) ng/dL after maneuver.The serums levels of hydrocortisone and testosterone after maneuver were significantly lower than those before maneuver(P<0.05).The serum parathyrin was(4.62±4.36) ng/L before maneuver and(18.37±8.00) ng/L after maneuver(P<0.05).The serum gastrin was(25.96±10.37) pg/mL before maneuver and(25.97±10.78)pg/mL after maneuver(P>0.05).Conclusion Exhausted exercise has significant effects on serum cortisol,testosterone and parathyrin,levels of cortisol and testosterone were decreased,and parathyrin was increased.It has no significant effects on serum gastrin.Exhausted exercise to the body has certain influence on visceral injury.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of relieving the different modes of exercise sports on College Students’ anxiety and depressive symptoms, provide appropriate physical exercise to reduce their anxiety and depression levels, so as to better maintain and promote their mental health, and enrich their spare time. Methods: Tianjin urban construction university non-professional sports 218 college students as the research object, the object of study the scores of depression and anxiety scores than the normal threshold, they were randomly divided into A group (aerobics group, 60), B group (basketball exercise group, 82) and C group (table tennis exercise group, 76). A group of students using aerobics exercise method, B group of students using the basketball training method, C group of students using the method of table tennis exercise. Exercise duration 3 months after the three groups were observed before and after the exercise of the self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) and self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score change Situation. Results: compared with before exercise, A group of students depression score is close to the critical value (P<0.05), there was statistical significance; anxiety scores were not significantly different (P>0.05), no statistical significance; B group of students depression scores and anxiety scores were significantly close to the critical value (P<0.05), there was statistical significance; group C depression scores were not significantly different (P>0.05), no statistical significance; anxiety scores significantly close to the critical value (P<0.05), there was statistical significance. Three months exercise, three groups of students on the depression scale and anxiety scale scores through single factor analysis of variance (P<0.05), there was statistical significance. Experimental results show that continue to exercise: 3 months after the three groups were observed before and after the exercise of the self-rating Depression Scale scores between the A group and B group, P>0.05, no significant difference was not statistically significant; compared with B group, C group and P<0.05, there was significant difference, statistically significant; A group compared with C group P<0.05, there were significant differences, with statistical significance; conclusion: long time to participate in table tennis, badminton and aerobics students’ anxiety and depression, anxiety and depression symptoms, indicating that the long-term exercise can effectively alleviate and prevent college students’ depression and anxiety, encourage students to participate in sports, and should be long-term adherence, develop a positive healthy and optimistic attitude.

Abstract:Objective: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of undergraduate psychological pressure by types of physical exercise situations,and to study the status quo of undergraduate psychological pressure,the variation laws of predicting indexes under types of physical exercise situations,to further test and verify the relationship of university students' exercise and psychological pressure.Methods:We made an experiment to measure college students' psychological stress and sense of physical exercise.160 students participated in the experiment in which we used two scales named the Chinese college students' psychological stress scale(CCSPSS) and the Exercise-Induced Feeling Inventory to analysis the experimental data.The results showed that: 1) physical exercise training has a good effect on college students' sports feeling and psychological stress,and the training scenario in atmosphere of mission objectives works better;2) two training can more effectively reduce the level of psychological stress;and the training scenario in atmosphere of mission objectives works better;3) duration of physical exercise has effects on sports feelings and psychological stress of each dimension,12 weeks of exercise training works better than that of 6weeks.Conclusion: Moderate PE teaching of different training scenarios has effects on the dimensions of psychological stress.

Abstract:The mental health status of university students has aroused widely concern;meanwhile the study about effective psychological intervention also has very high practical significance.In order to investigate the influence about different degree of physical exercise participation,different physical exercise frequency and different exercise load on the university student’mental health,421university student’behavior of participate in physical exercise and level of mental health were investigated by questionnaire(SCL-90).The results show that recurrent and regularly participate in physical exercise contribute to the improvement of mental health.On the premise of regular participation in physical exercise,maintaining a certain frequency(more than three times a week)of physical exercise is more favorable to improve the condition of the mental health.At the age of university students,effects of different exercise load on mental health status were not significantly different.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of chronic psychological stress on rat behavior and serum cortisol and probe into the regulation effect of appropriate physical exercise on chronic psychological stress.Methods SD rats were used to establish the chronic psychological stress models.In order to observe reactions of rats in different levels of physical exercises to chronic psychological stress,the concentrations of serum cortisol were measured,and open field test and tail suspension test were conducted.Results The results indicated that there were remarkable differences between the group of stress model and the control group by the tail suspension test(P0.05).The results of the open field test were same as the results of the tail suspension test(P0.05).The concentration of serum cortisol of stress model group was significantly different from that in other groups(P0.05).Conclusions Appropriate physical exercise could relieve and modulate the levels of chronic psychology stress.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of different intensity exercises on oxidative stress in rats serum under chronic compound psychological stress. Methods 36 SD rats were randomly divided into control group (CG),chronic compound psychological stress group(PG),chronic compound psychological stress + low intensity exercise group(PLG),chronic compound psychological stress + moderate intensity exercise group (PMG),chronic compound psychological stress + high intensity exercise group(PHG). First, four groups of rats received continuous stress according to the psychological stress program to establish the model for 30 days except for CG. Then,40%,70% and 100% of the time of exhaustion swimming were respectively subjected to PLG, PMG and PHG,6 time per week, a total of 4 weeks. At the last week,rats' Open Field Test, interleukin-6(IL-6),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde (MDA)in serum were measured. Results Compared with CG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged in PG,PLG,PMG,PHG (P<0.05)and the upright times were decreased in PG,PLG,PMG,PHG(P<0.05). Compared with PG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged and the upright times were decreased in PHG (P<0.05),the modification times were increased in PMG(P<0.05). Compared with PLG, the modification times were increased in PMG(P<0.05). Compared with PMG,the residence time of central lattices was prolonged in PHG (P<0.05). Compared with CG,the levels of serum SOD were decreased in PG,PLG and PHG (P<0.05), and the levels of serum MDA were increased in PG,PLG and PHG (P<0.05). Compared with PG,the level of serum SOD was decreased in PHG(P<0.05),and the level of serum MDA was increased in PHG (P<0.05). Compared with PLG,the levels of serum SOD were increased in PMG (P<0.05),and the levels of serum MDA were decreased in PMG(P<0.05). Compared with PMG,the level of serum SOD was decreased in PHG (P<0.05),and the level of serum MDA was increased in PHG(P<0.05). Compared with CG,the levels of IL-6 were increased in PG and PLG(P<0.05), the level of IL-6 was decreased in PHG (P<0.05);Compared with PG,the levels of IL-6 were decreased in PMG and PHG(P<0.05). Compared with PLG,the levels of IL-6 were decreased in PMG and PHG(P<0.05). Compared with PMG,the level of IL-6 was decreased in PHG(P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic compound psychological stress promotes the expression of inflammatory factors and inhibits the ability of anti oxidative stress in rats. High-intensity exercise exacerbates the effect, and moderate-intensity exercise has significant protective effects on immune function and anti-oxidative stress ability,while low-intensity exercise has no significant effects on immune function and anti-oxidative stress ability.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of exercise on the cortisol,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 in rats of chronic psychological stress.Methods To construct chronic psychological stress model and carry out swim for 6 weeks in rats.The contents of cortisol,IL-2 and IL-6 were detected.Results (1)The plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in chronic psychological stress group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),while their cortisol level was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).(2) The plasma IL-2 levels in 30 min exercise group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01);the plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in 60 min exercise group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01) while their cortisol level was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05);(3)The plasma IL-2 and IL-6 levels in both stress plus 30 min exercise group and stress plus 60 min exercise group were significantly higher than that in stress group(P<0.01),while their cortisol level was signficantly lower than that in stress group(P<0.01).Conclusion Chronic psychological stress depressed the immune function of rats,and exercise could effectively protect the immune system;Exercise could regulate the adaptation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical(HPA) axle and the excretion of the hormone,which could be the possible mechanism that maintained the stability of the immune.

Abstract:BACKGROUND:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of exercise dependence on the psychological health of Chinese college students.SUBJECTS AND METHODS:A total of 1601 college students from three universities in Hunan, China, were selected as research subjects. Several measurement scales, including the Exercise Addiction Inventory, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale, and the Subjective Well-being Scale, were used to survey the psychological health problem of these students and to analyze the effects of exercise dependence on their psychological health.RESULTS:Exercise dependence, based on the structural equation model analysis, can positively influence state anxiety (P<0.05), depression (P<0.05), and subjective well-being (P<0.05) of Chinese students. By contrast, exercise dependence negatively influences students' self-satisfaction (P<0.05), social behavior (P<0.05), and vigor (P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Exercise dependence adversely affects the psychological health of college students. Further research using multi-dimensional exercise addiction scales should be conducted to identify all the negative effects of exercise addiction factors on psychological health.

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of exercise on behavior and serum levels of cortisol,interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-8(IL-8) in rats under chronic psychological stress. Method SD rats under chronic psychological stress were given swim-training for 6 weeks,then observing their ethological changes by open-field test and tail-suspension test,and the contents of cortisol,IL-2 and IL-8 in serum of rats were also detected. Result (1) The serum IL-2 and IL-8 levels of chronic psychological stress group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),while their cortisol level was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01). The serum IL-2 and IL-8 levels in 60 min exercise group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),while the serum cortisol level was significantlv lower than that in control group(P<0.05),but the serum IL-2 and IL-8 levels in both exercise groups,whether 30 min or 60 min,were significantly higher than that in stress group(P<0.01),and the cortisol level was significantly lower than that in stress group(P<0.01).(2)The open-field test showed that there was remarkable difference between chronic stess group and the control group,the tail suspension test had the same result. Conclusion Chronic psychological stress might induce abnormal behavior of rats,which might related to that the overrelease of cortisol from hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenocortical (HPA) axon,thereby induce the inhibition of immune function; while proper exercise could improve the adaptation of HPA axon,reduce the release of cortisol,which could be the possible mechanism of maintaining the stability of immune function and regulate psychological stress level.

Abstract:Objectives Cardiopulmonary function is a key aspect to evaluate the health condition, while the major function of cardiovascular system is gas exchange, supplying O2 and other fuels to working muscles, as well as removal of CO2 and other metabolites. Different exercise intensities have different influence on cardiopulmonary function on human. Cardiopulmonary stress testing (CPX) directly measures Vo2, Vco2, and air flow on a breath-by-breath basis using a no rebreathing valve connected to a metabolic cart. This article will apply CPX on the university students to access the different exercise intensity’s influence on cardiopulmonary function (supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, Beijing Education Science Planning ProgramCGA10181,2011CB711001). Methods 30 undergraduate students were selected. Cortex Metalyzer 3B Valiant cardiopulmonary testing apparatus was used to measure the relativity index. Treadmill running is the exercise style and the intensity was controlled on 45%, 55% and 65% of the VO2max. Blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lactate was test after exercise also. Results The testing showed the ccardiopulmonary function changes on male students on different exercise intensity. When the intensity is 55%VO2max, the oxygen uptake (l/min)is 1.75 ± 0.13, HR (1/min)is 137.20 ± 7.02, MV (l/min) is 53.03 ± 8.53, CO (l/min)is 11.57 ± 1.09, all are significantly increased compared with the condition of 45%VO2max 1.43 ± 0.10, 119.50 ± 10.61, 42.09 ± 4.30, 9.27 ± 0.70. When the intensity is 65%VO2max, the relativity index is increased to 2.08 ± 0.14, 154.90 ± 7.40, 67.46 ± 10.88, 13.44 ± 0.95, all are increased significantly not only compare to the condition of 45%VO2max but also to the intensity is 55%VO2max. Conclusions 65% VO2max is the best exercise intensity for college students. When doing 65% VO2max exercise, the exercise duration must more than 30 minutes, then the energy consumption will be more than 300 kcal, as a valid exercise.
The Acute Effect of a Single Yoga Lesson on Mood and Stress among College Students

Abstract:PURPOSE: Yoga is an exercise mode that has gained popularity across the world over the years due to its physical and mental benefits (e.g., flexibility, relaxation, calmness). This study examined the acute effect of one yoga lesson on college students’ mood (both positive mood and negative mood) and cortisol level. METHODS:The study took place in a prestigious university in Beijing, China. The sample consisted of 192 students (Mean age = 19.76) enrolled in two types of physical activity courses offered at the university: yoga class (n = 98) or health-related fitness class (control group: n = 94). Both courses were 90 minutes long and taught by experienced physical education teachers following two separate lesson plans. The Chinese version of the Positive and Negative Affect Schedule Scale (PANAS; Watson, Clark, & Tellegen, 1988) was used to measure positive (e.g., mindfulness, resilience, self-esteem) and negative mood (e.g., self-criticism, self-correction). Saliva was collected to determine cortisol level which measures stress. The two measures were administered to students in both groups before and then after taking the physical activity classes. Multivariate analysis of variance was conducted to determine the time (prevs post-test), group (yoga vs fitness groups), and time x group interaction effects for mood and stress. RESULTS:The results demonstrated that students in both groups showed increase in positive mood (mindfulness, resilience, and self-esteem) and decrease in negative mood (selfcriticism, self-correction) as a result of taking the respective physical activity lessons. However, compared to those in the fitness group, students in the yoga group showed significantly greater increase in mindfulness (yoga group: ΔM = .64; fitness group: ΔM = .31; F 1,190 = 4.08, p < .05) and greater decrease in stress (yoga group: ΔM = -.70; fitness group: ΔM = -.35; F 1,190 = 5.96, p = .02). CONCLUSIONS: This study confirmed the positive effect of physical activity classes on mood and stress. Furthermore, compared to the fitness lesson, the yoga lesson demonstrated greater effect on mindfulness and stress. This set of findings are meaningful to college students’ mental health. Taking one single physical activity lesson, especially yoga, can help students be mindful of behaviors and manage stress.
The Experimental Research on the Effect of Different Physical Exercise Methods on the Body Composi tion of High School Students in Physical Education

Abstract:Objective :To explore the effect of different physical exercise on body composition of high school students in physical education class .Methods :taking 94 high school students in Shanghai middle school as the experimental subjects ,the subjects are divided into power group (13 male ,18 female) ,endurance group(male 14 ,female 18) and the strength and endurance combination group(combination group ,male 14 ,female 17) ,an alternate 31 junior as a regular physical education in the control group(male 14 ,female 17) .For 16 weeks ,the same exercise intensity combination of strength ,endurance ,strength and endurance exercise and conventional physical education ,the combination group strength and endurance group practice ,just the a‐mount of strength and endurance exercise corresponding ,exercise intensity is the same as the group of strength ,endurance and the control group .Results :1)The power set of participants'body weight ,BMI ,body fat ,fat weight and muscle mass very significantly increased ( P<0 .01) ,body fat rate increased significantly ( P< 0 .05 ) .2 )Endurance ,body composition before and after each index in the experimental group participants is very significantly decreased ( P<0 .01) .3)The combination group the subjects’ body fat mass ,body fat rate and muscle con‐tent very significantly decreased ( P< 0 .01 ) ,and removal of the fat weight was very signifi‐cantly increased(P< 0 .01) .4)Before and after the experiment control group subjects of body fat rate dropped significantly ( P< 0 .01 ) .Conclusion :1 ) The strength training can effectively increase the school students of body weight ,BMI ,and removal of the fat weight ,muscle mass ;2 ) Endurance exercise to lower school students body weight ,BMI ,body fat ,body fat rate ,have a remarkable effect on muscle mass ;3 ) Combination of strength and endurance exercise can ef‐fectively reduce the amount of body fat junior ,body fat rate ,muscle mass ,increase the removal of the fat weight ;4) Combination of strength and endurance exercise effect is not a simple su‐perposition of strength training and endurance training effect .It is suggested that we should consider reasonable arrangement of strength training and endurance exercise in daily physical education in order to maintain high school student health .
