Abstract:Identifying biomarkers that differentiate patients across the psychosis spectrum has been challenging. In response to this challenge, the B-SNIP consortium has identified brain-based Biotypes independent of clinical phenomenology to classify patients. Here we used amygdala-hippocampal volume and shape data as external validators for comparing both, Biotypes and clinical categorization across the psychosis spectrum.
