Abstract:The distribution international rivers is a national economic and of water resources of major issue that affects social development and regional stability. Over the years, many scholars have been researching on this issue from the perspective of international law, but few scholars have researched on the hidden issue of different countries' national interests. From the perspective of national economic development needs, this paper applies a dynamic game model to analyze the issue of balanced economic development among countries of international rivers based on GDP growth and pollution emission, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
