Abstract:Making use of the data, collected from Zhejiang Province, on the information-ization and organizational behavior, we have studied the relationship between enterprise's informationization, enterprise's basic organizational behavior, performance in production, competitiveness and the ability of innovation (EBOBPIPCATAOI). Basically, we have made the following conclusions: (1) EBOBPIPCATAOI increase with the augmentation of the investment in enterprise's informationization; (2) the enterprise's organizational centralized behavior can strikingly advance EBOBPIPCATAOI; (3) the key to the effect of the centralized organizational behavior upon the increase in enterprise's achievement lies in the complementarities between the organizational centralized behavior, the investment in information and the cooperation between workers and managers.

Abstract:We must solve some questions such as low-cost, high efficiency, flexibility, robustness of life and etc. about development and application on management information system in current time. The management information ontology triple, a 3-elements (business-table-predicate) set, can effectively describe the separation and filtration between business and functions, realize truly the management functions from abstract to subtle, while ensuring that complex business can be defined and guided-implemented on-line. Therefore, middleware technology and its needs guidance technology based on management information ontology can effectively reduce the time in the system requirements and analysis and design, shorten the phase in the database design and simplify the document written request, then improve the current software engineering methods. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.

Abstract:For the sake of making the enterprise habitual theory play an important role in practice, it is not enough to research this theory only to the extent of the concept. The law of evolution of this theory should be found out and deeply studied. In this paper, the hierarchy of enterprise habitual system has been analyzed to prove its self-organization. Based on the synergetics theory, the simplified model of enterprise organization habitual domains (EOHD) has been established in an ideal condition to discuss the solution of its stationary state and then the time-delay characteristics of EOHD evolution have been gained. The results of research have also been used to analyze the enterprise merge & acquisition (MA) problem.

Abstract:Industrial and academic interest in how to effectively manage technology resources is increasing as it becomes more and more important. Effective managing of technology resources depends on technology management system, and thus understanding how such system evolves becomes an ongoing research topic. Based on the self-organization theory, this paper constructs an evolution model of technology management system. The simulation results show that the evolution of each of the technology management subsystem is affected by the knowledge growth rate of its own, and it is also affected by the coupling and synergy relationship with other subsystems. Moreover, the coupling and synergy relationship can make the speed of evolution higher than the knowledge growth rate of the subsystem itself.
