Abstract:Urban sewage is a kind of excellent and reproducible heat source. Sewage source heat pump could make best use of the exhaust heat in urban sewage for heating and cooling. It has the significance of energy-saving and environmental protection. And the rheological characteristics of urban sewage are the important references for thermal and flowing characteristics. The paper describes the relation between the shear strain rate and the shear stress of urban sewage based on experiment. The constitutive equation of the flow working fluid is confirmed by the method of system identification. The results of the research indicated that the sewage heat pump's flow working fluid shows the characteristic of non-Newtonian fluid, which belongs to the yield-pseudoplastic fluid.
