Abstract:The invention relates to a super-critical fluid spray cooling system and an application method thereof. The super-critical fluid spray cooling system comprises a spray cooling module, a cooling module, a liquid storage tank, a circulating pump, and a super-critical fluid cooling medium, wherein the spray cooling module, the cooling module, the liquid storage tank and the circulating pump are sequentially connected to form a closed circulating loop through a circulating pump, the super-critical fluid cooling medium is filled in the closed circulating loop, and a filling inlet which is used for filling the super-critical fluid cooling medium into the closed circulating loop and is provided with a filling valve is arranged on the circulating pipeline between an outlet of the cooling module and the inlet of the liquid storage tank; the spray cooling module comprises an inverted cylindrical shell, the opening end of the shell and the surface of a heat source to be cooled are fixedly and hermetically connected to form a spray cooling chamber, the shell is provided with a spray cooling chamber inlet, a spray cooling chamber outlet and a pressure sensor used for detecting the pressure in the spray cooling chamber and the spray cooling chamber inlet is dead against the surface of the heat source and is provided with a spraying hole device; the cooling module comprises a cooler, and the inlet and the outlet of the cooler are respectively connected with the spray cooling chamber outlet of the spray cooling module and the outlet of the liquid storage tank.
