Abstract:Objective To explore the worrying extent and correlation factor of prenatal screening high risk pregnant women.Methods The psychologic worrying extent of 150 prenatal screening high risk pregnant women were determined and reviewed with the zung self - rating anxiety scale (SAS) and pregnant women in general information questionnaire.Results The worrying extent was different among the prenatal screening high risk pregnant women with Different age,employment and income,different cultures and parity; 30to 40 years old,there was no professional women,the monthly income below ＄2,000,polytechnic and below education and pluripara of the prenatal screening high risk pregnant women are heavily anxiety.Conclusion The zung self - rating anxiety scale (SAS) and pregnant women in general information questionnaire can find different social groups of prenatal screening high risk pregnant women who have different psychological state of anxiety and characteristics; improve the coordination of prenatal screening ethical issues and formulate proposals for medical treatment and clinical diagnosis for prenatal diagnosis centres as a reference for relevant policy.
