Abstract:High-mobility group box 1(HMGB1)has the ability tO increase the expression of genes for proinflammatory factors and secretion of proinflammatory factors,increase immunogenicity of antigens,promote maturation of DC and Th1 polarization and promote proliferation of fibroblasts.And it plays an important role in sepsis,renal or hepatic fibrosis,arteriosclerosis,vascular restenosis after injury,nerve development and rheumatoid arthritis.But the study Oil relationship between HMGB1 and lung diseases is still at the beginning stage.The article aims to instruct the advance on relationship between HMGB1 and lung diseases.
