Clinical Study of Family Lung Rehabilitation Training in Patients with Stable Interstitial Lung Disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effects of pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with stable interstitial lung disease(ILD).Methods Ninety two patients with stable ILD were selected to reviewed in the outpatient during the January to June in 2016.Using the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups(contral group and training group),46 cases in each group.Under the supervision of doctors and the patients′family members,the patients of contral group were used routine medication treatment,the training group was treated with medication plus pulmonary rehabilitation training.The pulmonary function,the ability of exercise,the degree of dyspnea,and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The ability of exercise,the degree of dyspnea,DLCO,and the quality of life in the two groups were improved compared with the beginning,and the training group were more significant statistically.The TLC in the two groups were better off than the beginning of the training.Conclusions It is worth to popularize the pulmonary rehabilitation training with the participation of doctors and family members,because it can well reduce the symptoms of dyspnea and improve the exercise capacity,the lung function and the quality of life in the ILD patients.
