Abstract:Continuous quality improvement campaign is ongoing nationwide in the medical institutions as encouraged by the health authorities,and the quality control circle(QCC)among which has found extensive use in several thousand hospitals as an effective means of quality improvement.In an effort to eliminate the conflicts between the existing hospital administrative structure and the incentives of frontline staff to use the QCC tools,such measures as administrative structure reform,platform building and internal trainers training were employed,which effectively boosted the QCC campaign.
