Research progress of spinal cord injury associated epigenetic mechanism

Abstract:Neurological dysfunction caused by spinal cord injury is still incurable.Recently,with the development of whole genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis,considerable spinal cord injury associated epigenetic regulatory targets have been discovered,which are promising for the spinal cord injury study.Accordingly,here we summarize the spinal cord injury associated epigenetic regulation mechanism of spinal cord injury based on the latest literature and studies of our group.
