Abstract:Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a neurological disorder disease caused by direct or indirect violence,which is a serious complication of spinal fractures.It can be divided into primary injury and secondary injury by injury mechanism.There is a close relationship between oxidative stress and secondary injury.In this article,the pathogenesis of secondary injury was further elucidated by the research of oxidative stress in SCI,and the anti-oxidants on anti -oxidative therapy appeared in recent years were analyzed to provide a new direction for SCI treatment.
