Abstract:Objective To investigate the attitude of gynecological medical staff on cancer disease informing and its influencing factors,so as to find suitable gynecologic cancer disclosure strategy for clinic.Methods Totals of 61 cases of gynecologic medical personnel received the related to cancer disclosure attitudes survey,and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results Gynecological medical staff had affirmative attitude for cancer informing,gynecological medical staff agreed with the "real illness should tell the patient himself" with the average score (4.08 ± 1.11).Education degree was found to be the influencing factor of the attitude of gynecological medical staff on disease informing (x2 =11.46,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Gynecologic medical staff have affirmative attitude for disease informing,and believe it can satisfy the patients' right of needing,and effectively preventing medical disputes.
