Abstract:Chronic subdural hematoma often has occult onset and acute aggravation of neurological deficits,which has complex pathophysiological processes and complex causality relation with intracranial venous system.This paper reviews the researches on the relation between chronic subdural hematoma and intracranial vein circulation in recent years.
