Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between pathological types, clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes of lupus nephritis (LN). Methods The pathological types, clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes of 99 patients with LN were analyzed retrospectively, and the correlation between pathological types, clinical manifestations and laboratory indexes was summarized. Results The most common type of pathology was IV + V, accounting for 38.10%, followed by type IV 26.30%, V type 16.20%, and type II least, accounting for 3.03%, nephrotic syndrome (51.52%) and nephritic syndrome type (36.36%) were the main clinical renal damage. The most common clinical manifestations were hematological system damage (80.81%), followed by hydrohymenitis (56.57%), and nervous system injury was rare (5 cases). The serum creatinine was the highest in type IV + V, and the III + V 24 h urinary protein was the highest, type IV hemoglobin was the lowest, and type II 24 h urine protein was significantly lower than the other pathological types (P<0.05). The SLEDAI score was the highest in type IV, the lowest in type II, and the scores of type IV, IV + V were significantly higher than those of type II (P<0.05). Conclusion The pathological types and clinical manifestations, laboratory index of lupus nephritis has certain relevance, renal biopsy is of great significance in judging the degree and activity of renal lesions, guiding further diagnosis and treatment and judging prognosis.
