Abstract:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is chronic steatosis of the liver in children and adolescents under 18 years of age, which is related to insulin resistance, obesity and dyslipidemia. Non-alcoholic fatty liver is the most common cause of liver disease in children, and lifestyle interventions such as diet or exercise are usually recommended as a treatment. Compared with dietary restriction that may affect growth and development, physical training has become the main form of treatment for children with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This article summarizes the aspects of physical training intervention for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in children.
