Abstract:Causes of Marine, the crew will result complex psychology facing an emergency situation, which is on the negative impact of maritime security strongly. This paper studies the crew psychological characteristics, particularly the psychological characteristics and representation in emergency, analyses their causes, puts forward the countermeasures and reduces the maritime accidents generated by human errors caused when crew's in the negative psychological pressure, to improve maritime security.
