Abstract:Since the employment situation of postgraduates is increasingly severe, this paper aiming to enhance postgraduates' employment competitiveness analyzes the causes of postgraduates' deficient employment ability from the perspectives of the cultivation plan, vocational counsel and postgraduates themselves on the basis of introduction to basic connotation of employment ability, and puts forward what is required to set about from improving employment skills, postgraduate's efforts and reasonably selecting employment directions in order to improve postgraduates' employment competence.
