Abstract:This paper is to elaborate a theoretical basis on the stable and dynamic system of internet culture for the construction and the sustainable management in China. It introduces the cultural memetics theory and the mathematic denotation to describe the spatial structure of Internet culture, and analyze the dual evolution process of Internet culture system based on the moving path of memes by the systematic theories. Finally, it found that the group competition is evolution force for meme system in the internet cultural system. The development of Internet culture has aroused attention of our national leaders of the past two years. "Strengthening the construction and management of Internet culture, and fostering a good cyber environment" has become the focus of Internet culture construction," But Chinese Internet culture construction and management still faces the complexity between Internet culture and socio-cultural system and the problems originating from the interacted complexity. Therefore, in the construction and management process of Internet culture, it is important to clearly recognize the basic structure and the evolution of Internet culture during rapid development of Internet culture, so as to put forward a theoretical basis for the sustainable management of Chinese Internet culture.
