Abstract:Traditional equipment practical training teaching mainly focuses on group practical operation, and there is a problem of physical space limitation. This paper takes the practical training teaching method as the research object, designs the online and offline hybrid teaching mode of equipment practical training courses, relies on the "1+N" new practical training teaching platform and the high-quality resources of military-civilian integration, takes "teaching + learning + examination + evaluation" as the main line, and realizes the optimization of practical training content, the integration of curriculum ideology and politics, and the innovation of teaching methods. Through the comprehensive transformation of such courses, it further stimulates students' enthusiasm for loving and protecting equipment, integrating learning and thinking, and comprehensively improves students' job competence and the teaching quality of equipment practical training courses.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of shortage of teaching equipment in modern military vocational education, further enrich teaching resources, improve the learning effect of equipment courses, enable students to understand and master the new technologies and methods at the forefront of modern equipment, and expand their horizons, this article constructs a "1+N" practical training platform for equipment courses, focusing on solving problems such as difficult to see equipment course operation demonstrations, difficult to understand internal structures, and difficult to meet practical training time. This platform adjusts and reconstructs the equipment course system and teaching content, integrating advanced, innovative, and challenging experimental projects into basic courses. It presents teaching resources such as virtual simulation experiments, micro courses, and MOOCs, and further cultivates students' comprehensive ability to solve complex problems and advanced thinking ability for independent innovation through flexible teaching modes such as mixed online and offline, optional and mandatory, to maximize the ability of students to take up positions and prepare for war.

Abstract:Practice training environment has the most rapid change and development compared to other kinds of teaching environment in vocational education. In recent years, practice training in virtual-reality fusion environment is becoming an important type of teaching environment with the application of many new technologies. This study focuses on the practice training of numerical control processing in virtual-reality fusion environment, demonstrates that such kind of teaching environment has a deifnite support on teaching. The effect is obvious at the time when it is applied in teaching, and it's better in the cognitive and experimental practical training and the training of improving skilled employees. The teaching activities in such environment should be designed integrally and reasonably. The practice training in virtual-reality fusion environment should be implanted as a part in teaching process to harmonize the activities and the environment so that such teaching environment can be utilized completely to gain a better result of practice training.

Abstract:With the continuous changes in modern undergraduate education, personnel training, and education methods, the significance of innovation ability in comprehensive quality training has become a normalized goal. The simulation platform's experimental learning can provide the foundation for the integrated teaching model's training of engineering project simulation ability as well as training of innovative ideas and divergent thinking. Therefore, the development and practice of engineering projects based on the simulation platform are common experimental methods in teaching. Abstract:This paper relies on the background of the "National Medium and Long-Term Science and Technology Development Program (2006-2020)" and "National Medium- and Long-term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020)" issued by the State Council . The document emphasizes the importance and urgency of cultivating innovative talents.
