Abstract:ROP/RAC GTPases are versatile signaling molecules in plants. Recent studies of ROP/RAC regulators and effectors have generated new insights into the molecular basis of their functional versatility. Significant progress has also been made in our understanding of the mechanism for the localization of ROP/RAC signaling to specific domains of the plasma membrane.
