Abstract:There exixt the disadvantages such as prematurity in particle swarm optimization because of the decrease of swarm diversity. An immune clone particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed based on the immune clone selection theory. Clone copy operator,immune gene operator and clone selection operator were performed during the evolutionary. According to particle's affi nity,proportion clone copy can protect eximious individuals and speed up convergence;immune gene operation maintains diversity of swarm;clone selection,which selects best individuals,can avoid the algorithm degenerating effectively. The algorithm was used in the reactive power optimization in power system,the simulation on IEEE 30-bus system shows that the average transmission loss is lower,with better optimization performance and smaller area of optimized transmission loss values.

Abstract:In order to improve the adaptive control effect of the multiemergency power supply networking system connected to new energy (NE), this paper studies the adaptive control strategy (ACS) of the multiemergency power supply networking system connected to NE by combining intelligent algorithms and determines the appropriate installation node of the distributed power supply according to the voltage stability index. Moreover, this paper proposes a method to optimize the distribution network feeder reorganization and distributed power configuration problems based on the fireworks algorithm to reduce the network loss and improve the voltage distribution. In addition, distribution network reorganization and distributed power configuration optimization can more effectively minimize network losses and improve voltage distribution. Through the experimental research, it can be seen that the ACS of the multiemergency power supply network system connected to NE proposed in this paper has the established effect.

The optimization of reactive power compensation plays an important role in power system planning and designing. A mathematical model in the 10kV distribution network will be established in this paper. Its objective function is the cost of investment in equipment of reactive power compensation and active power loss of the system should be the least. The node voltages beyond limited and the generator reactive power output beyond limited will be expressed in the way of penalty function. In this paper, the improved particle swarm optimization (improved PSO) will be used to solve the problem of easily falling into local optimum if using PSO. Using the improved PSO can be more effective in searching the global optimal solution, the speed of reactive power optimization will be improved too. The algorithm can better adapt to solve the problem.

Abstract:The energy management optimization model of AC-DC hybrid microgrid system for intelligent buildings based on Simulink is introduced. Under the incentive of time-of-use price, the life expenditure of the energy storage battery is taken into account, and the optimal distribution scheme of the energy storage system under this time-of-use price is sought by using particle swarm optimization, so as to achieve the lowest daily cost of AC-DC hybrid microgrid. On this basis, the influence of the input and output power on the converter efficiency is further considered, and the maximum economic benefit of the system is realized by dynamically changing the charge-discharge power of the energy storage battery. A practical case is given to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy.

Abstract:At present, the need of renewable energy power generation in China is increasing. But the accommodation of the renewable energy is restricted by the randomness and volatility of the renewable energy seriously. At the same time, renewable energy accommodation in a single region cannot effectively solve the problem of abandoning renewable energy. Considering the wind power and photovoltaic power’s output characteristics, grid constraints and cross-regional power exchange, an optimal model for studying the annual renewable energy accommodation of cross-regional power grids is established based on the principle of time series simulation. And by using a weight-adaptive particle swarm optimization, penalty function and feasibility conditioning mechanism, the optimal model can give the maximum consumed renewable energy of each region electricity and cross-regional power transmission capacity. By analyzing the simulation results based on the actual data of cross-regional power grid in a province, we find cross-regional power exchange can more fully consume the renewable energy, which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the method.

Abstract:Reactive power optimization is very important to power systems economic operation and nowadays, the research about it gets more and more popular. The paper presents a reactive power optimization algorithm of particle swarm optimization combined with sensitivity analysis. The paper first builds the mathematic model of reactive power optimization and introduces particle swarm optimization. Then, presents the sensitivity method in detail and talks about the process of computing the sensitivity. Finally, take the algorithm into practical application and the results proves that sensitivity analysis could improve the particle swarm optimization algorithm.

Abstract:The birth of the neural network model has provided a technological platform for the development of various industries. Among them, the branch network scientific research management model represented by the scientific research field is particularly profitable. China's traditional research management system has been unable to meet the requirements of the present era and the management system reform is imperative. Therefore, based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), this dissertation studies the neural network model based on the prerequisite that the branch network research management system retains the advantages of the traditional model. It tracks the optimal value of current search through cross and mutation. The optimal solution value is finally determined by solving the relationship between particle weight and inertia weight. In the final test, we establish the feasibility of the program.

It is significant to solve distribution region partition of multi-distribution centers and multi-transfer stations. Logistics distribution region is divided up into different distribution units by cluster methods, multi-distribution centers and multi-transfer stations under the mathematical models of regional division are established based on distribution costs, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithms are proposed. Because the constraints are implicit added in the evaluation function, and designed dual coding styles about general distribution units choose distribution centers and transfer stations and transfer stations choose distribution centers, therefore, there's a higher global search capability. The simulation results show that the algorithms can more effective solve distribution region partition problems which include large-scale distribution points than PSO and GA algorithms.

Abstract:The financial crisis of listed companies will bring huge losses to investors, so it is very important to establish a financial early warning model for investors and other stakeholders. The forward neural network model of particle swarm optimization is used to model and analyze the financial early warning of listed companies. In terms of data selection, earnings management indicators are substituted into the model for the common phenomenon of earnings management in listed companies. The results show that the accuracy of the model considering earnings management factors is improved from 65% to 70%. In the process of modeling, this paper uses the logistic regression model to further modify the model. The empirical results show that the accuracy of the model can be improved from 70% to 75%. When using the forward neural network model based on particle swarm optimization to make an empirical analysis of financial early warning of listed companies, adding quantitative indicators of earnings management can improve the accuracy of the model. In the demonstration, the correction of logistic regression model can also improve the accuracy of the particle swarm neural network financial early warning model. This greatly reduces the risk that companies with poor financial conditions will face bankruptcy and liquidation.

Abstract:This paper presents a multistrategy fusion particle swarm optimization model for dynamic economic dispatching of renewable energy in distribution networks. The objective is to minimize active network losses and system voltage deviation while considering the integration of distributed energy sources and static reactive power compensators. The algorithm incorporates specific strategies, including a particle position change strategy based on the midpipeline convergence approach, a strategy for generating exploding particles near the optimal particles, and a particle velocity update strategy relying on the global optimal particle position. The inertia weights and particle position update methods of the simplified particle swarm optimization algorithm are also utilized. Simulation experiments are conducted on an IEEE 33 bus radial distribution system, demonstrating the effective optimization of system losses while ensuring system voltage stability. This research contributes to the scientific understanding of renewable energy integration in distribution networks and its economic dispatching.

Abstract:In order to realize the sustainable development of energy, the combination of new energy power generation technology and the traditional offshore platform has excellent research prospects. The access to new energy sources can provide a powerful supplement to the power grid of the offshore platform, but will also create new challenges for the planning, operation, and control of the power grid of the platform; hence, it is very important to optimize the reactive power of the offshore platform with new study, a mathematical model was first built for the reactive power optimization of offshore platform power systems with new energy sources, and the Taguchi method was then used to optimize the parameters and population of particle swarm optimization, thereby addressing a defect in particle swarm optimization, namely, that it can easily fall into local optimal solutions. Finally, the algorithm proposed in this paper was applied to solve the reactive power optimization problem of the offshore platform power system with new energy sources. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has stronger optimization ability, reduces the system active power loss to the greatest extent, and improves the voltage quality. These results provide theoretical support for the practical application and optimization of the deep-water semi-submersible production platform integrated with new energy sources.

Abstract:With the expansion of the scale of electric power, high-quality electrical energy remains a crucial aspect of power system management and operation. The generation of reactive power is the primary cause of the decline in electrical energy quality. Therefore, optimization of reactive power in the power system becomes particularly important. The primary objective of this article is to create a multi-objective reactive power optimization (MORPO) model for distribution networks. The model aims to minimize reactive power loss, reduce the overall compensation required for reactive power devices, and minimize the total sum of node voltage deviations. To tackle the MORPO problems for distribution networks, the improved sparrow search algorithm–particle swarm optimization (ISSA-PSO) algorithm is proposed. Specifically, two improvements are proposed in this paper. The first is to introduce a chaotic mapping mechanism to enhance the diversity of the population during initialization. The second is to introduce a three-stage differential evolution mechanism to improve the global exploration capability of the algorithm. The proposed algorithm is tested on the IEEE 33-node system and the practical 22-node system. The results indicate a reduction of 32.71% in network losses for the IEEE 33-node system after optimization, and the average voltage of the circuit increases from 0.9485 p.u. to 0.9748 p.u. At the same time, optimization results in a reduction of 44.07% in network losses for the practical 22-node system, and the average voltage of the circuit increases from 0.9838 p.u. to 0.9921 p.u. Therefore, the proposed method exhibits better performance for reducing network losses and enhancing voltage levels.

Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and society, people's demand for fossil energy has gradually increased, and environmental problems have become increasingly serious. In order to find an environmentally friendly and energy-saving energy supply method to replace the original high-polluting energy supply method, this paper establishes an electric and thermal energy regional integrated energy system model, considering the integrated energy operation constraints under the electric and thermal coupling, and adopts competitive swarms optimizer. The algorithm economically optimizes the distributed power sources and loads in the regional integrated energy system, and obtains the optimal operation mode of the integrated energy system. The final calculation example results show that the competitive particle swarm algorithm can significantly improve the operating economy of the distributed power and load of the integrated energy system, realize the economic and stable operation of the integrated energy system, and improve the energy utilization rate.
