Abstract:With the progress of Chinese industrialization and the long?time existence of social unsteadiness factors,the unexpected explosive accidents presented the tendency of up regulation.The state of explosive blast injury showed some new regularity and outcome characteristics. Thus, we retrospectively investigated its classification and injury characteristics based on the non?martial explosive blast injury. The inherent connection of state of blast injury and distance was analyzed.Also,the composite factors weighted in the diagnosis and therapy of explosive blast injury have been stringently evaluated. The aim of the present study is to propel the precision evaluation and personalized diagnosis as well as therapy of explosive blast injury with regard to its evidence?based clues and experienced evaluations. It might be of significance for newly raising protective strategy from the view of its diagnosis and therapy.It maybe supplies a new mirror or a kind of enlightenment for Chinese normalized diagnosis and therapy of explosive blast injury in the peacetime.
