Abstract:Waste printed circuit board treatment is an important issue in China now. The most regular way to recycle PCB is physical - mechanical method, which contains a step of crushing. In the crushing process, dust will be emitted to the environment, which may cause environmental pollution risk. A crushing experiment was taken in this research and the dust was collected and did the extraction toxicity detection. The result shows that all the items been detected are below the upper limit of hazardous waste, but the crushing conditions have an important effect on the pollutants emission behavior.
