Abstract:The exploration and development about the construction of engineering accomplishment matrix added into machinery manufacturing internship courses over the past four years are introduced .The achievements are mainly reviewed from the enhancement of engineering consciousness ,optimization of teaching links ,safeguards and existing disadvantages ,respectively .It is demonstrated that it is a worth trying direction of teaching reform to introduce the construction of engineering accomplishment matrix to the machinery manufacturing internship courses .
