Abstract:An experiment on 140GHz fully polarimetric stand-off holographic radar imaging for concealed target detection is proposed. The system is with time division transmitting and simultaneous receiving by both horizontal and vertical polarization channels. Image registration and polarimetric calibration are carried out with the dihedral and trihedral reflectors. Fully polarization imaging results are decomposed by Pauli basis. The effects of the background clutter and cloth on the hidden target polarization imaging results are analyzed.
