Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high non-linearity in spectral features, a classification algorithm based on multi-layer perceptron is proposed to improve the nonlinear feature extraction ability. By constructing a seven-layer network structure, the algorithm realizes multi-layer local sensing structure, analyzes the spectral information pixel by pixel, distinguishes the spectral information of different targets, takes the full spectrum segment set as input, discards the spatial information, and uses the gradient descent training algorithm. The multi-layer local perceptual convolutional neural network training is used to extract and classify the spectral features of different target objects. In the experiment, two sets of hyper-spectral remote sensing images were used for comparative analysis. Taking the Pavia University data set as an example, in the case of 3600 training samples, the test set is all samples. The accuracy of this method is 82.86%. The correct rate is 79.49%, and the accuracy rate of Linear-SVM method is 87.74%. In the case of 21000 training samples, the test set is all samples. The correct method rate is 95.36%, and the correct method of LeNet-5 network classification is 96.64%. The experimental results show that SVM can effectively extract target pixels in the case of small training set, which has higher precision and lower computational c006Fst. Compared with the traditional CNN method, the time and space complexity of the algorithm is greatly reduced, and the hyper-spectral spectrum is more effectively utilized than the general deep learning network.
