Abstract:With the publication of the UK Government Department for Education's 'Sustainability and climate change strategy' in 2022 (Department for Education Citation 2022 ) and climate records tumbling in 2023, it seems appropriate to consider the role educational establishments should play in guiding us to a sustainable future. Should this be something schools should invest heavily in? If so, how should we do it?
