Abstract:With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, AI-assisted learning systems have become an important tool in the field of education. However, when providing personalized learning resources to users, existing recommendation algorithms still face many challenges. The explosive growth of the number of Internet users has led to a significant increase in the number of daily web searches and the amount of information available on the portal. This means that it becomes even more difficult for users to search or discover things that interest them in a large amount of data. Personalized recommendation systems have then emerged as an important tool to help users overcome information barriers, and therefore have been applied by major websites. The existing personalized recommendation systems have problems such as inaccurate capture of user preferences, excessive requirements for dialogue rounds, and inappropriate recommendation timing. In response to these issues, this study combines graph convolutional networks to design a hybrid model, which helps AI-assisted learning systems make more appropriate and reasonable decision actions. This system can more comprehensively mine the real-time preferences of users. Finally, through experimental comparison, the resource recommendation accuracy of the algorithm in this study performed the best, reaching as high as 0.9914. Its recall ratio reached 0.9421, and the F1 score reached 0.8823. The excellent performance was also reflected in practical applications, which could prove that the system in this study has higher application value compared to other popular systems.
