Abstract:5824 Abstract: Objectives: To evaluate associations of fruits and vegetables consumptions with endometrial cancer risk in a population-based case-control study among Chinese women in Shanghai. Methods: This study included 832 incident endometrial cancer cases and 846 frequency-matched controls. Usual dietary habits were estimated by in-person interviews through a validated, quantative, food-frequency questionnaire. Logistic regression was used to estimate adjusted odds ratios (OR) and their 95% confidence intervals (95% CI) of endometrial cancer. Results: There was an inverse relationship between consumption of total vegetables and endometrial cancer risk (highest quartile vs lowest: OR=0.69, 95% CI 0.50-0.96). The risk of endometrial cancer was reduced with increasing intake of dark green/ dark yellow vegetables (trend test, p=0.02), fresh legumes (trend test, p
