Abstract:First-degree relatives of schizophrenia (SZ) and bipolar disorder (BD) patients show brain abnormalities. Through the ENIGMA-SZ and BD Working Groups, we compare different types of SZ or BD first-degree relatives (i.e., co-twins, siblings, offspring, parents) to healthy controls (HC) on global and subcortical brain measures. In this abstract, we limit ourselves to total brain (TB) and hippocampal volume.
