Empirical Research on Constructing Evaluation Index System of the Performance of "School Sports Facilities Open to the Public" Policy

Abstract:The nature of sports facilities open to the public policy is ensuring the rational allocation of sports resources. In order to evaluate this policy performance scientifically,this paper constructed evaluation index system of this policy performance,which included 3 first level indicators,9 secondary indexes,32 third level indexes,and also this paper established the indexes weight at all levels,by using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and expert interview. This evaluation index system was used to evaluate a middle in Baoying County,Yangzhou city,Jiangsu,and the result showed that the performance level of sports facilities open to the public policy in this is medium. Not only evaluation index system of school sports facilities open to the public policy performance evaluates but also promotes the policy performance. It provides reference to implement the policy and to improve performance of the policy in future.
