Abstract:Anomie is the overt expression of the structural disequilibrium and function weakening situations in such aspects as system,culture,psychology,communication and subject.In the network society,the structural unbalance of the moral values and moral norms,the inadequate applications of moral rules and the decrease of ability of socialization give rise to cognitive,psychological and behavioral confusions in individuals and groups,triggering various types of network deviant behavior.Moral anomie in the network is the anomie of culture and value and the anomie of network psychology and action;furthermore,it is the anomie of a personal way of life and practice.Based on the schematized reflection on the phenomenon of moral values,we must seek to strengthen the control of network technology,improve the space of network,accelerate legislation for the network,construct network value paradigm,and promote exemplary network practice.Only in this way can we effectively cope with the problems caused by the network anomie.

Abstract:Language is not just a network,but a complex one.Owing to the lack of appropriate research methodology,the traditional network view of language is no more than a metaphorical comprehension.However,with the introduction of complex network theories,it is now plausible to conduct large-scale empirical studies into language networks,which must be constructed upon solid foundations of linguistic theories.At the same time,complex network,instead of being treated as a metaphorical understanding of language,should be fully exploited as an efficient and effective approach in linguistic studies.The complex network properties not only reflect the stylistic and typological features of languages,but also provide valuable means to distinguish languages at various levels.While social network analysis can uncover the distinctive characteristics of language networks,complex network approaches can reveal the generality between linguistic system and other systems,social or natural.As a result,the integration of complex network approaches and social network analysis can contribute significantly to the quest for the underlying laws and properties of human language.

For the sake of its origin from culture,the diversity of culture also leads to different features of Network dialect.When analyzing it,we can find the youth and opening features amount for the arbitrary of the dialect.Secondly the Internet virtual form also makes the dialect human and inventive.From these aspects Network language is developing into a new social dialect in which there exists three characteristics: simplification,diagrammatic symbol and fashion.It can be further expressed through Network dialect group to show their social relationships. With the social progress language itself is progressing.For it carries the content of social progress.Social dialect progress lies in the very center of social culture in that the study of its characteristic can reveal the change of social culture and the new trend of social development.It further proves that only in concerning the whole society progress can we find social dialect progress.

Abstract:To deal with the problems of the disquieting biases between cultures in our times, the author analyzed the multiple horizon character of morality, proposed a four level model of morality. By using this alternative model of ethics, the author exposes the frailties of cultural stereotypes in both the East and the West, arguing that the moral efforts of all nations should be appreciated. The reason that people do not often see this fact comes mainly from their preoccupations with different moral horizons. The dialogue between different moral horizons and hence different cultures will help each side to develop a more adequate value system which can better solve problems decisive for the coexistence in global context.

Abstract:The dissemination of the Internet has brought about the emergency of new social structure based on the Internet and the virtual behaviour based on the absence of body,and thus caused moral risks of the total novel nature. Based on 1157 questionnaires collected from college students,the paper posits that four types of offences are common among college students:internet injury,internet abuse,internet piracy,and internet plagiarism,with the last type the most serious.
